Once you have clicked on the "Download Here" link that takes you to a Depositfiles page.
You should see a page like the image below. Click on where it says "Regular Download".
Once the clock is finished counting down, a Captcha box will appear. Type the letters and or numbers that appear in the captcha box in the field box just below it.
Then click the "Continue" button.
Then click the "Download File In Regular Mode" button.
Then a download box should pop up. Make sure you click "Save As" or "Save File". Then click "Ok' and your download should begin.
Overview / Opinion:
This server has a few steps to go through but it is a very viable way to download your file.
